Just ran across a nice Canadian people search and business search site called Click411.ca. The site has been online for quite a long time (since around 2000) but has recently undergone an ownership change and a face-lift.
The site offers many of the same features that you can get from a paid 411 call but for free (free white pages lookups as well as free business searches).
They were nice enough to include a link to our reverse email lookup service
